Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

BORDER-GARA ships physical luxury goods and fashion items internationally. Because BORDER-GARA is a personal shopping service, some items may be sourced from partner shops after order confirmation before they are prepared for international shipment.

Procurement and handling time

Procurement time and handling time are estimates only. Partner shop inventory can change before procurement is completed. If procurement becomes impossible, BORDER-GARA may cancel and refund the order.

For high-value, first-time, limited-stock, international, or risk-flagged orders, BORDER-GARA may request email confirmation before procurement or shipment.

International delivery limitations

For international shipments, BORDER-GARA cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or delivery time window for the first delivery attempt. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs processing, carrier workload, security checks, local holidays, weather, or other conditions outside our control.

After the package enters the destination country, final delivery is handled by local carriers such as USPS or other local delivery services. If redelivery, pickup, customs payment, or customs-related notice handling is required, the customer must work directly with the local carrier.

Business address, hotel, mailroom, and forwarding address

If you use a business address, hotel, mailroom, forwarding service, workplace, or third-party receiving address, you are responsible for ensuring that the location can receive personal international parcels and customs-related notices.

BORDER-GARA is not responsible for delays, refused delivery, lost notices, storage fees, return shipping, customs payment issues, or mailroom problems caused by the receiving location.

Customs and import charges

Customs duties, import taxes, carrier handling fees, brokerage fees, storage fees, and other import-related charges are the customer's responsibility. Please review our Customs / Import Duties Policy before ordering.
