Customs / Import Duties Policy

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, carrier handling fees, brokerage fees, storage fees, or other import-related charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

BORDER-GARA cannot estimate, guarantee, or control the final customs/import amount. Customs and import charges are determined by customs authorities and/or carriers in the destination country.

If customs payment, redelivery, pickup, documentation, or notice handling is required after the package enters the destination country, the customer must work directly with the local carrier, customs office, or relevant authority.

Refusing delivery because of customs duties, import taxes, carrier handling fees, brokerage fees, or other import charges does not make the order eligible for refund. Any return shipping, storage, carrier, customs, or recovery costs caused by refusal or non-payment may be deducted from any refund or settlement amount to the extent permitted by applicable law.
