Cancellation Policy
BORDER-GARA is a personal shopping service. Some items are sourced from partner shops after you place an order and any required confirmations are completed. Cancellation handling depends on whether payment has been captured and whether procurement has started.
Before procurement starts
If you request cancellation before procurement starts, we will review the request and may be able to cancel the order. If payment has already been captured, actual non-refundable payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, or other already-incurred costs may be deducted from the refund amount to the extent permitted by applicable law.
After payment capture or procurement start
Cancellations after payment capture or procurement start are not guaranteed. Once BORDER-GARA has begun sourcing the item, placed an order with a partner shop, or incurred related costs, cancellation may no longer be possible or may be subject to deduction of actual non-refundable costs.
Deductible costs may include payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, procurement-related costs, partner shop cancellation costs, administrative costs, and other actual costs already incurred. These deductions are not a penalty or fine. They reflect actual non-refundable costs to the extent permitted by applicable law.
After shipment
After shipment, cancellation is not accepted unless required by applicable law. Delivery refusal, customs refusal, missed delivery, or failure to respond to carrier/customs notices does not make the order eligible for cancellation or refund.
